Adrienne Homberger studied Middle Eastern Studies and Media Studies at the University of Zurich and at SOAS, University of London. Her research focuses on refugee and migration movements, gender and anti-Muslim racism. After her studies she worked as a research assistant for different civil society organisations on migration in Europe.

Since March 2021, she is a project assistant at the TU Wien and has worked for the international research project LoReMi, opens an external URL in a new window: Local Responses to Precarious Migrants: Frames, Strategies and evolving Practices.

She currently works for the research project EXIT: Exploring Sustainable Strategies to Counteract Territorial Inequalities from an Intersectional Approach.
