Exploratory tour on the bike

Yesterday Martin BergerFlorian Pühringer, Gunnar Grandel, the participating students and Julius Holländer from the Vienna Mobility Agency went on a big bike tour in Vienna!

Together, they learnt about the current "state of the art" in Vienna and explored and cycled along cycle path projects such as Praterstraße and Pfeilgasse. Along the way, the participants experienced first-hand where things are still improvable and talked about the very recent cycle path expansion programme.

A super informative afternoon from kerb details to network planning, from structurally separated cycle paths to cycle lanes and legal regulations to perceived comfort. Thank you very much!
