Shortly after the web launch of the lively platform, there is more news: The senior living operator lively starts on the German market for assisted living. The innovative living concept is a mixture of serviced apartments and quarter life with a great deal of openness to the outside world. A good integration of social life within the community, with the family and the neighborhood as well as the corresponding support from lively should enable an active, self-determined life in old age. For this purpose, lively provides the residents digital offers and optional services in order to be able to cover the individual needs with advancing age.

Both founders have jointly gained experience with the budget design hotel brand prizeotel and let their know-how from the hotel industry flow into their concept for new senior citizens' living space.

In the MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation at the TU Wien, Christina Kainz gains in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry. This knowledge supports the founders in the context of project development. Furthermore, completing the master’s program will enable Christina Kainz to work as a commercial property developer. With a very long-term view, the founders plan to develop the properties for their livelys themselves.

The opening of the first location is planned for 2023. lively calculates with two to four new locations per year as part of its expansion strategy. The necessary financing has already been secured.
