The participants of the new MSc "Real Estate Investment & Valuation" master's program met on October 13, 2020 high above the roofs of Vienna in the TUtheSky. The well thought-out security concept, made possible that the first joint event of this class could take place at the TU Wien.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bob Martens, FRICS officially welcomed the participants to the TU Wien and gave them an outlook on the coming four semesters.

Elisabeth Rist, BA, MSc, MRICS and Mag. Johannes Endl, MSc, MRICS - themselves graduates of this postgraduate university course and board members of the ImmoABS graduate association - congratulated the students on their decision and reported on their experiences during their studies. They provided information about the activities of the graduate association and emphasized the importance of this master’s program and the TU alumni network for their further professional careers.

The students got to know each other in a personal introductory round and already found common interests that go beyond the real estate industry.

The team of the Continuing Education Center of the TU Wien wishes all participants a good start and good luck for the next four semesters!
