Simona Hübl has been working in and with technology startups ever since she started her professional career. After building a career in venture capital, she has recently made the leap to entrepreneurship by founding Nejo (https://mynejo.com), a job platform harnessing the power of AI to completely change how people find work. Prior to founding Nejo, Simona was CEO of venture builder and growth accelerator i5growth, supporting extraordinary tech companies in scaling globally. Dividing her time between Europe and the US, she held various board roles at blitzscaling startups: blackshark.ai (backed by Microsoft's venture fund and Point72 Ventures), enspired (backed by leading EnergyTech VCs and large European utilities), and i5invest among others.
