Employee and Student Survey at TU Wien

In the period from 22.10. -13.11.2019, the employee survey took place again at the TU wien. As in 2014, the IBG carried out the survey and all employees were invited to give feedback by filling out the electronic questionnaire, and for the first time, a student survey was carried out in parallel. With this survey, the TU Wien fulfils a legal obligation arising from employee protection and also receives information about possible improvement potential

1359 employees and 3368 students filled out the questionnaire. This corresponds to a TU-wide response rate of 34 percent among employees and about 8 percent among students - a great success and a solid database for answering the questions.

Our cooperation partner IBG has now evaluated the large amount of data and the results are available.
