OnlineMentoring agreements - Female mentor

By participating in the TU OnlineMentoring programme at TU Wien, you agree to the following:

• During the TU OnlineMentoring programme at TU Wien, you and your mentee will share information for a period of one to twelve months. If necessary, we may agree to extend this period.
• On average, you will spend between 10 and 15 minutes a week sharing information with a mentee.
• The mentee should report to you once a month. If it has been over a month since you last heard from your mentee, you must notify the organising team.
• You have read, understood and agree to the conditions of participation and the data protection information.
• You will attend the female mentor enrolment meeting, as well as any other organisationally necessary meetings, if required.
• If you wish to stop participating as a female mentor, you must notify the organising team accordingly in good time, a month before your intended leaving date.
• When you end your commitment as a female mentor, you must then complete our feedback sheet and delete all the personal data of your mentee.

OnlineMentoring agreements - Mentee

By participating in the TU OnlineMentoring programme at TU Wien, you agree to the following:

• You can participate in the TU OnlineMentoring programme at TU Wien for 1-2 semesters.
• You must report to your female mentor at least once a month.
• You have read, understood and agree to the conditions of participation and the data protection information​​​​​​​.
• If you wish to end your participation as a mentee, you must let your female mentor know.
• When you end your participation, you must then complete our feedback sheet and delete all the personal data of your female mentor.
