Thesis opportunities in the research groups Solid State Ionics E164-04-3 and Electrochemical Energy Conversion E164-04-1:

Bachelor thesis

The practical work takes 6 weeks. Afterwards, the written paper has to be completed within 6 weeks. In the course of the bachelor thesis, the corresponding bachelor seminar must also be attended. (LU 164.230 Bachelorarbeit + SE 164.251 Bachelorseminar)

Master thesis

The research groups Solid State Ionics (Prof. Jürgen Fleig) and Electrochemical Energy Conversion (Dr. Alexander Opitz) regularly offer master theses on various topics.

The exact questions are continuously adapted to the current status of the ongoing projects and the availability of the supervising assistants. Requirements for a successful collaboration are interest in interdisciplinary (physico-chemical or material science) questions, enthusiasm, pleasure in intensive teamwork as well as the ability to act and develop own ideas independently.
