Application period

Applications are now open. Application deadline: September 30, 2025

Mentor-mentee support is expected to be ongoing from October 2025 to April 2026 and can be extended thereafter if both mentor and mentee agree.

 

Application process

Mentees will be required to submit their application exclusively via the formal application form.

  1. Go to the application form and fill in your details.
  2. Complete all questions on the form.
  3. Submit the form.

You will receive information about next steps from P2P DOC Team via your TU Wien email, after your application has been formally evaluated.

 

Evaluation and communication

The P2P DOC Team will evaluate mentee applications solely based on the responses submitted via the application form.

For the 2025/26 cohort, applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified at the beginning of October 2025. Menteers will be informed about their acceptance into the program exclusively via their TU Wien email addresses.

Matching between mentors and mentees will be performed on a rolling basis, and connections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

MENTEE SOCIAL SCHEDULE

  • In-Person Kick-Off Event including matching of mentors and mentees: October 23, 2025, from 9:00 to 13:00, Seminarraum BA 10A (BA10G02), Getreidemarkt 9
  • 10 individual Mentor-Mentee Meetings: in person or virtually; based on preference and availability
  • 2 virtual Mentee Check-Ins with P2P DOC Team: tbd
  • In-Person P2P DOC Celebration with all mentors and mentees: April 28, 2026, from 9:00 to 13:00, Seminarraum BA 10A (BA10G02), Getreidemarkt 9
