Biography

Dr. Arne Keller holds a doctorate in Business Administration from the Free University of Berlin. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Vienna University of Technology and the Johannes Kepler University Linz. During his academic career, he has been a visiting scholar at Bocconi University in Milan (Italy), IESE Business School in Barcelona (Spain), and the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University (USA).

Research and Teaching

Arne Keller's research interests lie primarily in the areas of organizational competencies (genesis, evolution, and reconfiguration), forms and process dynamics of ambidexterity, organizational rigidity and inertia, and the governance of strategic alliances. He has published major articles in leading journals such as Organization Science and Strategic Organization.

In addition, he collaborates in various research projects with well-known companies such as Bayer, Leica Camera, Siemens, KTM, and Rosenbauer. These collaborations allow him to apply his research results in practice and generate valuable insights for companies.
