The participation fee will be charged per person. It includes participation in the respective event, catering (soft drinks, snacks during breaks, lunch), participation in the evening event, a tour and documentation (conference stick). After receipt of your registration, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction. Admission can only be granted if payment has been received by us beforehand or can be conclusively proven on the day of the event. We reserve the right for program changes, postponements or cancellations for important reasons. Misprints and mistakes do not constitute any claims. Any cancellation must be made in writing by email without exception: kongress@ifm.tuwien.ac.at. If we receive the cancellation by October 28th, 2022, the participation fee will be refunded in full. In the event of no-show or cancellation after October 29, 2022, there is no right to a refund. However, if you are unable to attend, you can nominate any substitute person from your company. By registering, you give your consent to the transmission of information material by e-mail or for marketing purposes by our partners. Please refer to our data policy at https://www.tuwien.ac.at/fileadmin/t/ukanzlei/Datenschutz-Policy_der_TU_Wien.pdf. This consent can be revoked at any time. We would like to point out that pictures and videos will be taken at the event. Please inform any guests of this fact. If you or your guests do not want to be photographed or filmed, please contact us (kongress@ifm.tuwien.ac.at). Participants who do not wish to be photographed/filmed will be assigned a photo-free seat.
