7th REAL ESTATE AWARD Munich Airport

Interdisciplinary teams (students of architecture, spatial planning and civil engineering) developed the urban, economic, infrastructural and ecological concept for the further development of Munich Airport and submitted it for the 7th REAL ESTATE AWARD Munich Airport competition! The AirSite West area with the P41 car park at Munich Airport served as the object of study for the specific project task of the award. Bordered by Nord- and Zentralallee in the north and south, as well as the hotel location in the east and a new office location in the west, company-owned apartments were to be built on the grounds of Munich Airport on the basis of a fictitious project. The development of a parking concept was an essential part of this.
