In addition, the compulsory course Grundlagen der Regionalplanung , opens an external URL in a new window(Fundamentals of Regional Planning) will be offered.

The Spatial development planning (Räumliche Entwicklungsplanung, opens an external URL in a new window), project 2, deals this semester with the small region Thaya-Taffa-Wild in the Weinviertel (Lower Austria).
 

This semester, the Bachelor's seminar of the research area Regional Planning focuses on diversity and spatial planning, opens an external URL in a new window. The aim is to engage with the different groups that live together in the space and whose needs are little or not at all visible: Very old and very young people, people on the run, "illegals", temporary residents, multi-locals, etc.: Diversity means that a range of people from different ethnic, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, as well as different lifestyles, experiences and interests, can live differently and without conflict in the same place.
