Job Rotation at TU Wien

In job rotation, employees switch to a different job and the associated tasks for a predetermined period of time. The aim is to give employees a more practical insight into other or similar areas of work in order to expand/deepen their cross-functional or interdisciplinary skills.

During the appraisal interview, the necessary framework conditions and development measures are defined and established on the basis of professional and personal development goals, which the employee needs in order to achieve the agreed objectives.
