Fall Break 2025

Childcare will be offered on the following days during the Fall Break 2025:

Monday, 27 October 2025
Tuesday, 28 October 2025
Wednesday, 29 October 2025

Friday, 31 October 2025

Target Group

School-aged children between 6 and 12 years old (The child must already be attending 1st grade of primary school)
Eligible for children of:

TU Wien employees
TU Wien students

Daily Schedule

08:00 – 09:00 | Drop-off
09:00 – 16:00 | Program activities
16:00 – 17:00 | Pick-up

A warm lunch will be provided at the TU Wien cafeteria (Mensa).

The program is organized in cooperation with KIWI (Children’s Worlds).

Costs

TU Wien employees: €15 per child/day
TU Wien students (without employment at TU Wien): €10 per child/day

Registration

It is possible to register your child for selected individual days during the Fall Break.

If your child would like to be placed in a group with a friend, please indicate this in the “Comments” section of the form. We will do our best to accommodate such requests when organizing the groups.

Registration opens: Wednesday, 4 June 2025
Registration deadline: Monday, 26 September 2025

Childcare can only be organised if there are enough registrations.
