The pilot evaluation of the Finance department has been completed

In May 2024, the Finance department received the evaluation report from the external experts and submitted its statement in June 2024.

The Finance Service Department was selected for the pilot evaluation of the central divisions. The object of evaluation is selected processes that the Finance Department carries out to deliver important services to the faculties and other divisions of the university.

The evaluation started in summer 2023 and a self-evaluation report was prepared by the Department of Finance at the beginning of 2024, which serves as the basis for the external evaluation. On 12 and 13 March 2024, an on-site visit by external evaluators took place in the Department of Finance, during which discussions were held with the department management and employees of the department as well as with representatives of departments involved in the processes of the Department of Finance. In May 2024, the Finance department received the evaluation report with recommendations for further development and submitted its statement in June 2024.

The next steps are to implement the evaluation results in the department's processes.
