That was the innovation challenge 2021!

Digital transformation, Well-being, sustainability and ESG are the hot topics of the real estate industry. PropTechs as well as established companies make an impact on the development of RE with their innovative solutions for caretakers, asset managers, realtors, assessors and property developers.

Striving for constant development of the industry is only one thing that connects the IFM of TU Wien and ÖVI. Together we want to use our expertise and network and invite you to participate in the Innovation Challenge 2023.

The most innovative solutions and trends will be presented and discussed at the Innovation Challenge on 22th of November 2023. The audience will vote the winner who gets a free of charge bronze partner package* for the IFM Congress. At the congress you will have the unique experience of networking with owners, developers and users of the industry.
