The Entrepreneurship Avenue is a unique event series designed to inspire, encourage and support young people to start their own business. In the course of four workshops and a final conference day, participants will gain valuable insights into the entrepreneurial life from various startups and can experience first-hand what working on a business idea is like.

Organized by the Entrepreneurship Center Network (ECN), SIMConnect, and MANAGEERS, the Entrepreneurship Avenue connects students from all Austrian universities with founders, investors and other inspiring minds in the startup scene.

1) You have a fantastic business idea, but don’t know where to start? You feel you have just the skills that are needed to get a new-found venture flying, and you’re looking for the right team to work with? You just want to get a flavor of what entrepreneurship actually is? The Entrepreneurship Avenue might just be the place for you. It’s a unique event series designed to inspire, encourage and support young people to start their own business. In the course of four workshops and a final conference day, participants will gain valuable insights into the entrepreneurial life from various startups and can experience first-hand what working on a business idea is like.

2) Experience entrepreneurship live! Your chance to work on your own ideas, find a team, get feedback by experts and connect with real-life entrepreneurs and investors.
 
3) You don't want to end up having a 9-5 job with routine tasks, endless bureaucracy, politics and a stagnating work environment? Eager to pursue your own business idea, but you don’t know how to start? We have the solution for you. Four workshops will be delivered to equip you with the right tools of how to find, evaluate and pitch a business opportunity and to find the right team. Last but not least, on the 10th of June 2014 the best ideas will be pitched in front of a real investor jury during the 2014 Avenue Pitch Award at our Entrepreneurship Avenue Conference!
