The VDI (The Association of German Engineers/Verein Deutscher Ingenieure) invites young engineers and engineering students from all over Europe to the 28th European Young Engineers conference - EYE@Duesseldorf - in October 2008 in Düsseldorf/Germany. Having as a motto “DO IT WITH AN EUROPEAN ENGINEER – More chances for your studies, career and private life” the conference on the one hand shall help to raise the awareness for the image and impact of engineers in our society and for our industrial competetiveness and on the other hand give EYEs ideas how to make use of their manifold chances in Europe. One of the key drivers of the conference is to give young European professionals an international plattform for networking and exchange.
