Service description

TUphone, the TU Wien phone system, is based on the VoIP technology of Cisco Systems, Inc. Along with the actual telecommunications system (Unified Call Manager) we also provide you with components for voice mail, unified communication, fax service and softphones.

TUphone landline network designates the phone system and the associated sub-systems (call handling, voicemail, billing, presence, manager/secretary systems) of TU Wien

The Service Center can be reached digitally from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and will also be in person from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on weekdays.
