An advisory board has an advisory and supporting role and aims to increase awareness about people with disabilities among TUW employees and to support employees (who play a major role in the job advertisement and application process) when it comes advertising jobs and hiring new members of staff.

- Advisory role: Informing and increasing awareness among TUW employees. The advisory board is available for a one-to-one consultation during the job advertisement and application process

- Rights of assent and to be heard
