The next cycle will take place from 16.03.26 - 04.03.27

This one-year Group Coaching Program accompanies you productively and reflectively through your habilitation or profiling phase, starting with a one-day kick-off workshop, followed by monthly 3-hour peer group sessions and a one-day closing workshop. Guided by an experienced trainer, you gain clarity on career decisions, develop solution strategies, and strengthen your personal problem-solving skills. The trainer provides targeted input based on your needs – from career planning to application and negotiation strategies. Regular peer group coaching creates a trusted space for reflection, shared learning, and mutual support. Built-in accountability methods help you stay focused, turn insights into action, and move forward with purpose.

  • 16.03.26: Kick-Off Workshop (8 hours)
  • 7 monthly Group Coaching Sessions (3 hours)
  • 1:1 individual coaching on demand
  • 04.03.27: Closing Workshop (8 hours)
  • Participants are expected to attend at least 75% of all appointments. 

Input: 

  • Regular input from the trainer on topics such as career planning within academia, application for professorships and negotiation strategies
  • Topic-related seminars and 1:1 coaching can be offered on request

  • Your commitment to the process: how you plan to engage actively in the peer group, contribute to others, and make use of reflection and accountability.
