Care situations can be demanding and are often associated with emotional, organizational, and personal strain. Especially when many things change at once, it can be helpful to pause and reflect on your situation together with an experienced professional.
Our on-demand coaching offers TU Wien employees and students the opportunity to receive support exactly when they need it. In a safe and confidential setting, you can talk about your current situation, sort through challenges, and develop new perspectives.
The coaching is provided by Mag. Christiane Miksch – supervisor and psychologist with particular expertise in care and support. She will help you develop individual solutions, strengthen your personal resources, and define concrete next steps for your daily life.
Sessions can be arranged flexibly – either in person or online.
How to get started:
If you are interested, please send an email to tucare@tuwien.ac.at. We will get back to you promptly and connect you.
Take advantage of this offer to relieve stress and regain clarity and stability in your daily life.
