How do we best protect our data?

By following the seven points below.

Complete the e-learning course “Information Security at TU Wien”. You can access the course in the TISS training catalog at https://tiss.tuwien.ac.at/tu_events/tu_event/12265
Do not click on strange links and do not open suspicious attachments. https://tuwien-mail.online/?rid=cWszJxg, for example, is not a trustworthy website.
Use unique, long passwords that do not make sense. For example: WienerdebichglopferFerein (but don't use this one...!)
Only download apps from trusted app stores to your cell phone.
Always carry out regular software updates as soon as possible.
Do not use unsecured networks.
Do not share sensitive data on social media.
