Students' Exhibition – spatial planning positions on the climate crisis

Colourful diagram to accompany the course. You can see people putting together a colourful world of "building components", trees and garlands. Two people are sitting or standing on the highest elements and appear to be communicating - this can be inferred from the speech bubbles. The person standing on the red element, which can only be reached by ladder, is also holding a megaphone. In front of the scene is a cargo bike with plants.

Invitation (Spatial planning views on the climate crisis)

We cordially invite you to the final event of the seminar “Spatial planning positions on the climate crisis”.

  • Date: June 18, 2024
  • Time: 17:00 - 19:00 followed by a closing event
  • Location: Argentinierstraße 8, 1040 Vienna, seminar room ground floor

As part of the seminar, the students worked in small groups to develop spatial planning positions on topics relating to the transformation of existing buildings in the climate crisis and translated them in creative formats. The results are diverse and range from games and brochures to puzzles - so stay tuned.

The event offers the opportunity to explore the diverse perspectives of students on the climate crisis. The positions will be arranged like stalls in a marketplace to allow for interactive exchange and stimulating discussions.

We look forward to welcoming you on June 18, 2024 from 5 p.m. in the Argentinierstraße seminar room. After the event, we invite you to a cozy get-together with drinks and a buffet.

We look forward to your participation and an interesting exchange!

The course is part of the cross-faculty annual topic “Transformation des Bestands”, opens an external URL in a new window and will be held by the research areas of Law and Regional Planning and Regional Development.
