MAXimizeMe - XXLMontage für alle

Socio-demographic aspects such as age, gender, education or socio-economic background, which go beyond purely ergonomic characteristics, have so far received little attention in the development of work systems in manufacturing and assembly.

The strategic goal of MAXimizeMe is therefore to achieve a better understanding of diversity-relevant work system design - with particular consideration of increasing digitalisation and the resulting changes in the workplace.

The result of MAXimizeMe is a collection of diversity-sensitive design guidelines that take into account relevant aspects for the allocation of labour, execution of work and provision of resources in industrial construction site assembly in such a way that all employees can perform their work activities for as long as possible, in a targeted manner and with optimised quality and efficiency.
