Institute of Solid State Electronics

The Institute of Solid State Electronics conducts research and education in solid-state- and opto-electronics at an internationally competitive level, covering the complete value chain from innovative materials & novel device design to applications.

The integrated systems that follow from these new device concepts go beyond the industrial semiconductor roadmaps and address societal needs such as energy efficiency, sensing, health and information technology.
