Edin Mulasalihovic

Edin Mulasalihovic received his PhD from the Vienna University of Technology in 2011 in the field of Technical Magnetism. His activities in several research projects have resulted in more than 50 publications.

His research expertise is in the following areas:

Magnetic metrology (energy losses)
Magnetic sensors
Simulation of effects of geomagnetically induced currents (GICs) on transformer cores
Detailed transformer core analyses incl. stray field measurements

From WS 2023 Mulasalihovic is involved in the lecture exercises of the institute on Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering 1 and 2.
