The Works Council election will take place on
Wednesday, 19 November, and Thursday, 20 November 2025,
each day from 08:00 to 17:00

What do I need to bring?
Please remember to bring your TUcard or an official photo ID –
without one of these, you will not be able to vote.
Who is eligible to vote?
All non-academic staff members and apprentices aged 16 and over
who are employed at TU Wien on 23 October 2025 are entitled to vote.
How can I request a postal ballot?
If you will not be at TU Wien on 19 or 20 November,
you can, of course, vote by postal ballot.
Please request your postal ballot by 11 November 2025 at the latest
by sending an email to:

How do I vote by postal ballot?
You can return your completed postal ballot either:
- by post (no need for registered mail), or
via internal university mail (Hauspost).
Postage will be paid by the recipient in both cases.
To ensure your vote is valid,
your ballot must arrive no later than 20 November 2025, 17:00
at the TU Wien mailroom (Karlsplatz 13, 1040 Vienna)
or directly at the polling station.
If you decide to vote in person after all,
please bring your postal ballot with you to the polling station at Goldenes Lamm.
