Please do not forget to bring your TUcard or photo ID with you.

Who is eligible to vote:

• General staff
• Apprentices aged 16 and over
• Project staff (as of October 23, 2025)

After logging in to TISS, you will also receive information about whether you are eligible to vote.

Postal voting option:

All other colleagues who are unable to vote in person on the specified election days (e.g., due to sick leave or working from home) or who do not wish to do so can request the election documents from the chairman of the election commission, Mr. Bernhard Steininger, with immediate effect. They will be sent out on November 13, 2025.

The deadline for requesting the documents is November 11, 2025.
Please note that the election commission must send you the election documents by registered mail. These may also be left at the post office if no one is at your home address. You then return the election documents by “normal” mail.
Please also take into account the necessary postal delivery time; the election documents must arrive at the TU by November 20, 2025, at the latest.
