As a top expert from the automotive industry, Executive Vice President Magna Exteriors Albert Lidauer gave a lecture on "Lean Management and Leadership in the Automotive Industry”. In his lecture he gave detail information about “Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering methods in automotive industry” and “Lean leadership in operations”. As a practical exercise students have to make a plan to build a lean factory.
