Kézdi Árpád Award

Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn. Péter Nagy has received the Kézdi Árpád Prize for his dissertation entitled "Vibratory compaction - Dynamic compaction control based on vibrator motion". The Kézdi Árpád Prize is considered the most important award in the field of geotechnical engineering in Hungary and is awarded every five years to young scientists for an outstanding scientific publication. This prestigious prize is donated by Prof. Kézdi's family. The award ceremony took place on 27 May 2019 in Budapest during the 5th Kézdi Árpád Conference.
