Halloween is on October 31st. A typical American holiday that is often ridiculed in this country. And rightly so. After all, we have our own customs that we can rely on. All Saints' Day. All Souls' Day. Silent days of mourning and remembrance of the deceased. Doesn't sound like the playful, costumed end of October that has slowly crept into our society. On the contrary. But perhaps this is precisely why Halloween is a good addition to our traditions. Let's celebrate the dead, the life, the memory they left behind to finally mourn them on 01.11.
The secretariat of the Institute of Applied Physics did not miss the opportunity to prepare a little something for their team. Trick or treat. Physicist style. The exciting, partly scientific costumes were rewarded with treats.
