On the weekend (05.09 and 06.09) the third module "Residential Law" in the context of our MSc Real Estate Investement & Valuation took place in the magnificent domed hall (Kuppelsaal) of the TU Wien - of course in compliance with the COVID-19 security standards. The students of the 25th cohort got deep insights into topics around the residential property law with the renowned Prof. Andreas Vonkilch (University of Innsbruck).

In spring 2020, the abrupt Corona measures required an equally sudden stop of the courses at the Continuing Education Center. The real estate programs in particular, should not be fundamentally hindered in their progress. The courses were quickly and effectively converted to distance learning so that the semester was completed in the best possible way.

The Continuing Education Center used the summer to reschedule the 2020/21 winter semester and booked correspondingly large rooms in order to be able to guarantee the safety distances during the courses. In addition, the safety and hygiene regulations of the TU Wien are being adapted to the current guidelines and enable learning without hesitation.

The next programs starts are scheduled for October and November 2020. At the info session on September 10, 2020 at 4:30 p.m., you can find out more about these two successful real estate courses and get to know the program team.
