Three peaks on one day

The Surface Physics Group demonstrates fitness by hiking three peaks on one day.

The (almost) annual group outing of the Surface Physics Group has a ten-year tradition by now. This time we hiked from Maria Schutz up the Sonnwendstein (1,523 m). We enjoyed a great view view over the Semmering, opens an external URL in a new window area, and many mountains like Hohe Wand, Gösing, Schneeberg, Rax, Schneealpe, Veitsch, Hochschwab…

Since one peak is not enough, we continued with two more, Erzkogel and Hirschenkogel!
