Last week the final event of the TSI project ‘Roadmap for establishing comprehensive raw material balances’ funded by DG Reform! In front of an expert community, Helmut Rechberger presented a generic data model to document and analyse raw material flows, focusing on improving resource management for critical and strategic raw materials. Helmut Rechberger also joined a panel discussion alongside key stakeholders from industry, research, and government to discuss the future of raw material management in Austria. The event highlighted the need for tools and data to secure the supply of critical resources and shift towards a circular economy. We’re excited to continue this journey together with Bundesministerium für Finanzen and REPUCO Unternehmensberatung GmbH, part of msg advisors as we work toward establishing raw material balances as an evidence-based decision tool and advancing a sustainable future!
