Meet a graduate of the Automotive MBA Program and learn about his career development!

Mr. Hielke Ytsma graduated the Automotive MBA program of the TU Wien in December 2017. After the graduation he built a company as a spin-off with other two graduates: During the MBA program they partnered to develop a new angle in business assessment and consulting model. Since May 2021 he is one of the Co-founders of Connected Data and CarQall, world’s first connected-conversation-platform, handles all phone calls for the automotive using state-of-art AI technology. 

In the rapidly transforming world of the automotive industry, the responsibility is on (new) business leaders to take decisive action. The imperative to boost efficiency requires entirely embracing data, artificial intelligence, and digitalization. This isn't just about revolutionizing efficiency; it's about redefining customer interactions and gaining a deeper understanding of the products themselves. Yet, amidst predictions that have lingered for years, the question remains: where to begin?
