#E4s - Managing Science- and Technology-enabled Innovation

Workshop

by Slaven Stekovic (Serial Entrepreneur/Investor and Bestselling Author)

This workshop focuses on the “Cambridge” approach to managing innovation based on scientific inventions and novel technologies (sometimes also called Three Chasms Approach). This concept is based on the observations of innovation life cycles and maturity trajectories in several global centres of academic innovation. Its purpose is to support innovation managers and entrepreneurs in decision making and resource allocation across the maturity curve of their product, technology or organization. In our workshop, we will focus on understanding the theory behind this approach and will further learn how to use related tools that support decision making and strategic thinking for management of science- and technology-enabled innovation.
