- … explain the importance of strong commitment and student motivation for sustainable learning and enhanced performance.
- … select and apply didactic measures to increase students’ ownership of their learning.
- … use didactic nudging to support students in their learning processes.
- … apply team-building measures and professional relationship management tools as commitment boosters.
Content:
- Why is strong commitment didactically desirable? How does student motivation affect student performance?
- Which didactic measures help boost our students’ performance and lead to increased ownership?
- What is didactic nudging and how can it help support our students boost their learning and performance?
- In how far can team-building and professional relationship management tools support commitment in our students?
Methods:
We work in various interactive settings using a variety of teaching and learning methods ranging from individual reflection to pair work, smaller and larger group activities, discussions, and short theoretical input sessions.
