Zielgruppe:      Universitätsassistent_innen ohne Doktorat (Prädocs), vor bzw. während ihrer ersten Lehrverpflichtung (siehe Bestimmungen des Kollektivvertrags §49 Abs.8)

 

Ziele:  
Die Teilnehmer_innen sollen am Ende der Basisausbildung …

  • … Qualitätskriterien für gute Lehre kennen, diskutieren und für sich persönlich formulieren können.
  • … zentrale Begriffe der Hochschuldidaktik kennen und kritisch diskutieren können.
  • … Ergebnisse der Lehr-Lern-Forschung kennen und auf hochschuldidaktische Fragestellungen anwenden können.
  • … Good practices der Lehre sowie eigene Stärken und Entwicklungsaufgaben reflektieren und in Formen kollegialen Austauschs kommunizieren können.
  • … Rahmenbedingungen und kritische Situationen der Hochschullehre analysieren und Strategien zu ihrer Bewältigung entwickeln können.

 

Inhalt:

  • Grundbegriffe und Grundprozesse sowie zentrale Methoden und Arbeitsformen der Hochschul­didaktik
  • Qualitätsmerkmale guter Lehre im Spiegel internationaler Forschung
  • Diskussion individueller und institutioneller Voraussetzungen des Lehrens
  • Reflexion der eigenen Rolle als Lehrende_r 
  • Klärung schwieriger Situationen (Fallanalyse)

 

Methoden:

  • Wir werden überwiegend interaktiv arbeiten, in einem Wechsel von Präsentationen und Diskussionen im Plenum sowie eigenständiger Erarbeitung und kollegialem Austausch in Kleingruppen. Der Workshop wendet bevorzugt solche Methoden an, die für die Hochschuldidaktik allgemein grundlegend sind und gibt so ein Beispiel für Anwendung der wichtigsten Arbeits- und Sozialformen der Hochschuldidaktik. Auf diese Weise erhalten Sie a) eine „Arbeitsprobe“ der konkreten Gestaltung einer Lehrveranstaltung, b) erfahren zentrale Settings der Hochschuldidaktik aus der Teilnehmer_innen-Perspektive und c) können die Konstruktion der Lehrveranstaltung und den Einsatz der Methoden analysieren. 
  • Die Input-Blöcke sind eher kurz. Gespräche und Diskussionen stehen im Vordergrund. Ausführliche Fact-Sheets zu den angewendeten Methoden fassen jeweils die didaktischen Prinzipien zusammen. Fragen und thematische Anliegen der Teilnehmer_innen werden im Kurs aufgegriffen und besprochen.
