Großes Entwerfen / Masterprojekt Raumplanung in Bruck an der Leitha gestartet

Das Semesterprojekt "Reimagining Rural Downtowns - Bruck/Leitha", opens an external URL in a new window beschäftigt sich praxisnah mit den Planungsherausforderungen in der Innenstadt und dem Hauptplatz der Stadtgemeinde Bruck an der Leitha. Dabei werden zukunftsfähige Konzepte und Entwürfe entwickelt, um die Auswirkungen und Veränderungen durch den Klimawandel, technologische und demographische Dynamiken (Zuzug, Leerstand, Mobilitätswende)
und die Lebensqualität in ländlich geprägten Gemeinden zu verbessern.

In der Projektlehrveranstaltung Projekt arbeiten interdisziplinäre Teams von Architektur- und Raumplanungsstudierenden zusammen um städtebauliche Entwürfe und Konzepte für den öffentlichen Raum in Bruck/Leitha zu entwickeln. Das Simlab/Ifoer Team (Julia Forster, Isabella Buschmann und Stefan Bindreiter) wird von Linda Dörrzapf (Move) unterstützt.

Bei einer Exkursion in Bruck erfolgte bereits ein spannender Austausch zwischen den Studierenden mit Bürgermeister Gerhard Weil und Bauamtsleiter Harald Schiller.
