The all-inclusive conference fee for 3S*26 covers participation in all scientific sessions, the book of abstracts (printed and online version), accommodation in (shared) double/twin rooms (with shower/bath, WC) or single rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Ski Austria Academy, the social program, skiing instructions (Mo – Fr) by highly qualified instructors (small groups from casual skiers to experts; skiing beginners cannot be admitted to the skiing instructions, which are only available to participants who are able to ski down a standard intermediate (red) slope with confidence) and a 5 day ski-pass (Mo – Fr) for the whole Arlberg skiing region, opens an external URL in a new window.

The all-inclusive conference fee for 3S*26 is:

€1700,-regular participant sharing a double room with another paying participant
€1700,-accompanying person sharing a double room with a paying participant
€2050,-regular participant requesting a single room (please confirm availability before registering by sending an email to the organisers)
€250,-additional fee for early arrival on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 (includes accommodation and meals)

To guarantee your participation please transfer the full fee before November 24, 2025 the latest. Registration without receipt of payment at this date will be automatically cancelled.

Official Invoice

After registration participants will receive an official invoice from TU Wien (with official invoice number). Please quote this invoice number when paying by bank transfer. Receipts will be handed out at the conference.

Since we will have to pay a substantial fee for each cancellation we can only guarantee your reservation if you transfer the full fee until November 24th, 2025 the latest. Registration without receipt of payment at this date will be automatically cancelled.

Please make sure to allow sufficient time for the bank transfer, especially if you are transferring funds from outside the EU, as international transactions may take several days to process. The fee must be credited to our account by the deadline, not merely initiated.
