As part of the Vienna Design Week 2025, the research unit Three-Dimensional Design and Model Making and TU Wien Academic Press present the book “Zwischen Henkel und Schnabel/Between handle and spout” in the Davis Data Visualisation Space.

The research unit Three-Dimensional Design and Model Making of the Institute of Art and Design and TU Wien Academic Press present an exhibition of student work from four years of art projects. The presentation shows the diversity of topics within the master programme Architecture and makes visible the concept of research-led teaching in the arts. The recently published book “Zwischen Henkel und Schnabel/Between handle and spout, opens an external URL in a new window”, which will be presented at the exhibition opening, documents a course held in cooperation with the European Capital of Culture Bad Ischl–Salzkammergut.

This event will be of interest to anyone interested in art, to students, teachers, and everyone interested in experimental design approaches, as well as book lovers.

The exhibition opening and book presentation will take place on 30 September 2025, 16:00-19:00.
