Enriched oxygen therapy has been suggested by the leading German Robert-Koch-Institute through various techniques (nose, masks, high-flow) to provide a treatment for COVID-19 patients with certain indications. A continuous supply of oxygen enriched air (up to 40 vol% O2) can be provided by membrane gas separation developed by the Biofluidslab.
