We presented our project at the poster session and got to know numerous other laboratories from around the world. We were particularly impressed by the workshops “Envisioning rur:ban Futures” by Daniela Pastoors and Rebecca Froese from the University of Münster, “Mobility Transformations in suburban and rural areas” by our partner laboratory AmWy (Alexandra Anderluh from University of Applied Sciences Sankt Pölten), and the keynote speech by Uwe Schneidewind.

During the excursion “How do we live?”, we learned about the results of the PREFIGURE EU project’s solutions to energy poverty, the energy crisis, and the housing crisis. We were also inspired generally by the concept of Science Week, which aims to make science accessible to people of all ages.

In addition to LML, the aspern mobil LAB, Jakob Holzer, Martin Berger, Anna Caroline Aigner, Sabine Knierbein, and Christian Peer from TU Vienna were also part of the conference.
