Céline spoke about regional mobility labs as drivers of integrated mobility systems to promote sustainable development, social inclusion and quality of life in rural areas using the example of the Waldviertel in Lower Austria.

Conference delegates also heard from Günter Gruber of iSpace Research Studios, opens an external URL in a new window on 'Data-supported optimisation of public transport connections between Salzburg Airport and tourism regions', and Kathrin Raunig and Stefanie Blank of AustriaTech, opens an external URL in a new window on ‘Innovations in practice!’ on how Austrian mobility lab initiatives promote innovation. As part of RealCORP, the two also organised two exciting workshops on ‘Enhancing Sustainable Mobility of Children and Youth’ und 'Developing Cooperation Models for Multimodal Hub in Austria'.

The contribution by Florian Supe, Ivana Serafimovic and Mathias Mitteregger from Austria Tech on the topic of "Towards Multimodal Mobility Hubs in Austria. Typology, standards and cooperation" was also particularly inspiring.
