The master's project of the research area of land policy and land management in the summer semester 2024 took place on the main topic of ‘Spatial planning control of second and secondary residences in the Alpine region’ and was organised by Arthur Kanonier, opens an external URL in a new window, Barbara Steinbrunner , opens an external URL in a new windowand Andreas Falch, opens an external URL in a new window. The project work on the topics of control and sanctioning, the tax system, the future relevance of leisure residences, chalet villages and buy-to-let was summarised in an overall report and has now been published.
