Barbara Steinbrunner hosts two episodes of the ZUKUNFT STADT podcast

On 23 May, the fourth episode ‘Bestand in der Fläche’ of the podcast ‘Zukunft Stadt’ was released. The fifth episode was released on 6 May under the title ‘Geschichten vom Einfamilienhaus’, as a cooperation with the Architekturtage 2024. In this episode, Isabel Stumfol talks to Barbara Steinbrunner, Lena Schartmüller, opens an external URL in a new window and students from the Master's programme in Spatial Planning and Development. The episode highlights the results of the course ‘Das Einfamilienhaus’ at the TU Wien. The personal stories, wishes and motivations behind individual detached houses are discussed. In addition, the urgent need to save space and the further utilisation and conversion of existing buildings will be discussed in the context of the ‘Austria is ready built’ concept.
