The Kommunale Sommergespräche event organised by the Association of Municipalities and Kommunalkredit Austria AG took place this year in Bad Aussee under the theme Rethink the System. The discussion focussed on how to deal with old properties and derelict building land. He was joined on the panel by Federal Minister Leonore Gewessler, local council president Johannes Pressl, Upper Austrian regional councillor for economic and spatial planning Markus Achleitner, Melanie Ebner from Greenpeace Austria, Marcel Haraszti, board member at REWE, and head of topics at Kurier Wolfgang Unterhuber.
