We are thrilled to announce Iztok Arnuga as the newest member of our research unit!

Iztok studied at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation, and Architecture in Slovenia, where he completed his master's degree in civil engineering.

Since 2012, he has worked at VCE Vienna Consulting Engineers ZT GmbH, most recently as technical manager for bridge construction. His responsibilities there included the planning and structural analysis of engineering structures (new constructions, replacements, repair and retrofitting and demolition) in Austria and abroad.

At TU Wien, he will continue to focus on engineering structures and will work as a project assistant on the research project “NINA”.

In his free time, Iztok currently devotes himself to his family. With three young sons, his free time is well filled.
